- With over 9 years of IT Recruiting experience both Contact and Direct Placement - I work both sides of my desk (generally split 50/50). After the giving up 50% of fees for almost 10 years I decided to start my own firm with a focus on keeping over head low and paying high commissions - we are still in the basement stages but are very excited about getting off the ground.
I have always worked with Fortune 100/500 companies and truly love what I do.
